Client Provided Bar Options
CLIENT PROVIDING COMPLETE BAR
Although this package is not encouraged the following is required:
• Client pays a fee for Liquor Liability Insurance -$750.00
• Client pays a fee for each bartender for 4.5 hours - $300.00/bartender
• Client requesting a second bar, the fee will be-$500.00
• Client must deliver the products to the event at least 3 hours in advance
• All products must be sealed, unopened, boxed upon delivery and leftover product will be re boxed by the bartender at the end of the event and left at the bar area under cover. Client must remove product at the end of the event.
• Client is responsible for providing juices, mixers, soda, soda water, tonic, bottled water, fruit, napkins, glassware and or plastic glassware, tables, tablecloths, garbage cans and bags.
• Client is responsible for the removal of trash or we remove bar waste for an additional $175.00
CLIENT PROVIDING ALCOHOL
Although this package is not encouraged, the following is available:
• Client pays a fee for Liquor Liability Insurance -$750.00
• The Client pays a fee of $20 per guest which will provide payment for: 2 Bartenders, ice, coolers, napkins, plastic glassware, fruit garnish, mixers, soft drinks, soda water, tonic, bottled water, trash cans and bags.
• Client pays a fee for each additional bartender for 4.5 hours - $300.00/bartender
• Client must deliver all alcohol 3 hours before the start of the event, sealed, unopened and boxed.
• Client must remove all alcohol from the area at the end of the event which will be boxed and stored by venue for removal.
